Customer called today complaining about screen not always coming on. Haven't seen this problem yet and was wondering if anyone had any quick checks?
Thanks _________________ Berny Buta |

Quickest check is to reset all the connections to the touchscreen. The screen could be going out though |

Take another monitor in with you and just plug in to the IPS video out. If you don't have an image you may have to either replace the MB or add a video card. Or maybe the power in cable is loose...... _________________ Regards,
