Simple question, I plug in a USB flash drive (tried more than one) and when I navigate to the folders I have with files in of a variety of formats, PDF, JPEG, TIFF, DWG, etc, I get the error seen in my attached pic.
Am I missing something?

How do you have the USB drive formatted? I believe FAT32 is most likely to play well on an HP. _________________ Regards,

I'll have to check, good chance it's NTSF but that's mine, the other one that didn't work was the clients. _________________ Terry Crawford
