Simple question, I plug in a USB flash drive (tried more than one) and when I navigate to the folders I have with files in of a variety of formats, PDF, JPEG, TIFF, DWG, etc, I get the error seen in my attached pic.

Am I missing something?

How do you have the USB drive formatted? I believe FAT32 is most likely to play well on an HP.

I'll have to check, good chance it's NTSF but that's mine, the other one that didn't work was the clients.
