Customer has kip 7170k running software version 1.6.17124.1
They do a lot of concurrent copying/scan to file
Randomly in the middle of jobs the light on the scanner turns red and the gui screen says scanner not found.
Then they turn off the kip for a few seconds to reset the hardware and then everything works okay for a while until it does it again.
Any ideas? |

| Is the power dropping off any while it is running? Maybe heating up and shutting down and restarting it resets it. Or is the USB connected right. |
