We have a client that called about constant jams on 24" (not sure what drawer they were running since it was loaded in 2 drawers). The prints they had in the garbage did not have evidence of hitting any obstructions. There were 6 jams logged in service all at the same meter reading and one cutter error. I ran over 100 prints and could not reproduce the jam. They called back today and said it's now doing the same thing. We are going back there on Monday and would like to be prepared.

Is this evidence that there is a sensor fail in the drawer?

Its the usual 9000101266 sensor failure... these sensors are junk and the encoder wheels in the center exit areas of each media drawer often slip when the rubber band gets dusty...this causes odd length prints and cutter errors at times as well.
I Find myself replacing these sensors all the time.
