I have a 7170K that is showing a thin line that only appears when there is a half-tone image on the page, like when a photograph is printed. If there is white space or black print, no line shows up.
I've already changed the image corona and grid, and there is no apparent defect on the drum or developing roll. Any ideas? |

| The line is at the join between block A and B of the LED head, but adjusting the alignment even by one pixel leaves a gap. |
