TSM says to check USB and plugs on Scorpion I/O board including the memory module. This did not solve the issue. Next step says to replace the Scorpion board. Also says I can try to reinstall software but this customer is not on account with us so I don't have any PowerM Controller USB Key for this particular printer. then of course if this doesn't work, to replace the CPU board on the PowerM controller. Anyone have any other suggestions? |

Today, I just reinstalled the software on another PW350 and it's all good working but when you go to screen and scroll to Service Info : Counters and System Info, the Primary Counter is in MM. I need to switch it back to SF. In WebExpress, I made sure it's English US for 1st and 2nd language but it did not change anything. Do you know where I can go change this? |
