Customer tried printing 1 pdf last week but the KIP started to send multiple copies until the customer turned off the KIP to stop it from continuously reprinting the pdf. I confirmed, no job in the job queue, no jobs in Unattend and nothing in the print queue of the workstation. I also deleted all of the folders in the Request folder in the controller. Customer turned off printer for the weekend. Powered it on yesterday morning and it reprinted multiple copies of the same sheet. Any ideas?

Try clearing out TU, monpath1/logdir, monpath1/problem and monpath1/request. Are you sure that the job isn't being resent from the work station it was originally sent from?

Yes, nothing coming from the work station. Will update you later after clearing the folders. Thanks.

I've seen that happen before when a customer is using the windows driver to print from the workstation. File is in the print spooler and for some reason doesn't finish getting to the KIP so it resends it over and over.

Have you tried booting up the work station then turn off the print spooler in task manager. Then start the 3000 ans see if anything prints on the 3000. If it still prints then it is coming out of the 3000. My 7000 occasionally prints the last sheet of the previous job when starting a new job. Haven't pursued it as it is very infrequent.
