I have a customer who's been complaining of roll 3 kicking back and not loading. I've stopped out twice in the last couple weeks and have been able to get the paper to load without much issue. They aren't new to this machine, so user error I've ruled out. I'm thinking it's time for clutches on this machine, but I'm open to suggestions of other possibilities to look into?

Depending on the s/n, there could be an issue with the optical sensors. That's always a good first stop since they are so cheap.
