I will be heading to this call after I finish this post, this will be my second trip to this client for this complaint. The first time I found no visible issues. I pulled the BK dev since it seems to be black that is getting 'washed out'. I checked all the contacts/plates and springs and they all seem fine.

Anyone else seeing this issue?

Dear Please verify the BUD 718 try to put value 1

because some timle is temperature or humidity is not correct the printis are ligth during 1 or 2 copy after ok

Interesting that two different posts on this come in the same time. Our production manager has been reporting the same random issue. Doesn't happen very often and so far we've just reprinted the job and it's come out ok. Thanks for the input.
