I must be blind. Looked for this forum first, didn't see it! So I cross-posted this under 'Other' in the main section.

I can't seem to find anything under this code, and neither can the service tech. The machine shows a jam just as the paper emerges from the rear of the machine. An old CopyTechNet post says that someone replaced a sensor and something else, to no avail.

Any ideas? It's weird that the OCE documentation doesn't show anything up about this...

Speed to low at PTROUTSE

Steps:
1) The guide wire of the absorber assy has no connection to the ground.
2) The guide wire heater assy has not connection to the ground.
3) Check if the folded and unfolded copies/prints are the same.
4) PTRSUCFAN not active for small formats.
5) Check the PRD-PBA
6) PTRSUCFANCONT failure.
7) Check if the puls disk runs smoothly by the paper feed.
8 Main driver motor gearbox worn. Error is created by the main motor still running but no output from drive shaft. High useage machines.
