Got a call about scanner giving line simple recalibrate, when i get there go to do a test copy scan acts like it wants to grab print you hear the motor spin for a second then stops, Get the whole story has been that way for months.
Anyways checked all connections swapped USB cable checked belt gears everything looks good leaning towards a new motor or board want to know if anyone else had this issue. |

Make sure you have the latest Firmware. I chased a Eraser Lamp Error for a couple days and a firmware update fixed it. I'm looking at all of the TB and Tips and don't really see anything pertaining to your issue but you never know. |

Thanks for the response Dlee I did check firmware was up to date ya i looked at every tech tip and bulletin to talked to kip they say its either motor or board ordering both to far to drive without having both. |
