Where is the setting to default to top rack? i found on the user software side but not on the services. I have a customer with limited space and cannot use the stacker.

If memory serves me correctly, after you log in as Service on the touchscreen, there is a stacker option and I think you just "disable" the stacker option. Then log into PrintPRO.net as Service and under Output Options Setup, you would choose "FRONT".
