| any thing special you do when you replace the DC controller? it booted up and gave printer error printer not available. went into service and it asked fot the country code so i put that in but it still says printer not available. in service it says its idle no errors. it shows no meter reads firmware version or printer EPROM. |

replaced the DC controller and it says printer error printer not available and printer shows offline. when i went into service it mode it said to input the country setting so i did. still does not work. does not show any meters.
Kip help desk said to resend the firmware to the printer. This did not fix it. then it showed it as a 7170 instead of a 7770. so i tried reinstalled the ips software. still the same problem. in service mode it says Rom Version 137X747 and its in standby |
