multi-page, multi-copy print jobs from AutoCAD do not print. What I mean is that if I am trying to print 3 copies of a 30 page drawing, it will not print, even though the job tracker shows that it printed without any errors. This is inconvenient because we have to submit the same job multiple times to get all of the prints we need.

Thanks

I've never seen that issue but I can tell you from experience the first thing KIP will ask is what version software and tell you to update it to 1.4 and make sure the AutoCAD driver is the most current.

UPDATE:

Updating the Software to version 1.4 seems to have correct the autocad issues.

Thanks!!
