I've got a client that I just installed a new 880 at their location and when they print from the windows driver they can select color but it automatically switches back to B&W no matter what you do. I've tried setting a template to no avail and everything else I can think of. You guys have any ideas? I'm going to consult with the powers at big K tomorrow but wanted to throw it up here too.

Thanks,
KipCody

Is the driver loaded on a server? So they would need to change the default setting on the driver installed on the server. just thinking out loud, had this same convo on a new install today.

I talked to Kip and they sent me a new version of the WPD and it seems to be working so far. Apparently they had some kind of a bug in the other driver that was causing it to happen.
