had to re-load ips controller because i could not get any meter or paper info.
comes up to a screen and says
CREATING FACTORY RESTORE IMAGE PLEASE WAIT!!
I HAVE BEEN WAITING AND WAITING AND WAITING 
any ideas? |

Run CHKDSK /repair. That may clear up any disk issues before you reload the OS. I have better results with a load from the DVD.
