Does anyone have a diagram of a Cleaning blade assembly that they could show me how the blade sits on the transfer belt? I really can't see how this machine ran over 500,000 sq ft and now all of the sudden has a problem with deletions. I am sure it is from the cleaning blade and tension roller.

I do not see how the cleaning blade for the transfer belt could cause deletions in the print. It's purpose is to clean the belt of any left over toner stuck to the belt. That is usually the fuser speed or media that causes that issue. I have 4 C7800's that I maintain and have not seen that issue yet with them. All 4 are in heavy production.

It is the guide plate that leads the paper into the fuser that was giving us the problem. Evil shenanigans. lol Evil or Very Mad
