I have a 7100 that puts "KIP Color Pro Demo" on all color scans and prints it out. b/w scans are ok
I rescanned the key code for color scanning but it still puts watermark. Konica told me the serial number of the machine was invalid on the KIP site. Does anybody have a clue to what that means? |

The serial number on the scan sheet has to match exctly the serail number in the scanner board or it will not work. Has the scanner main board or whole scanner been replaced? |

Problem was firmware not at 7.2. 7.4 Recovery disk was faulty ( would not see net card). Reloaded with a new disk and key code was saved. Works ok. |
