Hi all,
I am trying to set my 1:1 ratio but the lowest I can go is 6895. That is the minimum number that is set in the scanner. I need to go lower because I can't get my 1:1 correct. Is there a way to change the minimum number or another way to do this? Also what are the service numbers to go and do the main belt adjustment? I seemed to have lost that info. I just replaced the motor plate from another machine.
Thanks for the help.
David

Are you running at least 5 prints after you change the setting? Try this, set the 1:1 to the default value, run prints, reboot the system and try the adjustment again. It's been a while since I worked 9800's so consider that also.... Confused

In SDS. If you don't have the manual I'll see if I can find the procedure and send it to you
