This account is 2+ hrs from my shop so trying to get an idea with what to bring. I know it could be a lot of things according to the serv manual. Tech before me showed customer how to reset code. They have been doing this every so often and it would work for a while, but now customer said it won't reset at all.
Is there something really common that causes this code not to reset or will I have to go through the error flow chart testing one thing at a time?
Thanks for the help |

If they can reset the error likely one of the lamps is out. I'd be sure to have both heat lamps, thermistor and maybe the thermostat just in case. _________________ Regards,

Kip had a Tech Bulletin on this TB K116-010. Requires firmware update to
116X06a
Check to see which version you are running.
This is done by Kip Flash utility. Need to connect to com port cable that is loose in bundle next to the black box. NOT the one that is plugged into controller! |

bigal is exactly correct. This one was a long time ago and I had several 3100's erroring out with too long to warm up. Easy fix. _________________ Regards,
