I have a client running KIP Request 7.2.4 to interact with their KIP 3100 printer. The other day she started having this problem, whenever she opens Request, this error pops up saying, "KIP FT Has Stopped Working". It will still let her use Request, but keeps popping up. She tried restoring the Request program files to a previous date & also tried reinstalling to repair, but with no luck. Has anyone else had this problem or have suggestions? Thanks!!
