Hi everybody,
I am having a strange problem with my scanner to my 9800. Let's say I put an 18 x 24 through the scanner. If I make a copy it will copy with no problem. If I try to do scan only, it will give me the image going across all 24" but it will only give me about 2" worth going in the 18" direction. Any thoughts? Thank you in advance for any help you guys can give me.
