OK guys, I've gone thru everything that we've talked about above. My 9000 is randomly leaving a few prints that are 1/4 taller than the rest, (usually after a jam or paper change), It'll run 5 to 7 sheets that are 1/4 longer than ther rest then it starts to print correctly again. Any new information?[/quote]

Pull the two sprockets with half moon keys and look at the key and the shaft it sits in. Likely worn out shaft or the key has a grove pounded in it. I have replaced more than a few keys, sprockets and chains to remove slop in the drive. The sprocket on the left has a set screw that always loosens up. And take a look at the lower drive gears. If the teeth are worn and pointy (tech term) replace the gears. The gear on the paper feed clutch (the expensive one) becomes loose or cracked. After removing the slop my registration problem went away. PM me if you need a better explanation.
