The displays background lites up when powered on, but no info on the display, the 5 led's on the Power Supply board are lite up solid green (confirming the PS is good). Can't hear the unit INI (no motors run when power is switched on either). I disconnected the HDD to see it it made a difference, but no change.

Suggestions? Thanks,

It might be a short with one of the wires or your connections for the fuser switches swapped. I've accidentally plugged the connection into the wrong plugs and the machine wouldn't boot. Do you get lights on the main board?

Yes, I have lights on the Mainboard, some are green, some red. Can be reached at 407-733-0064.
