I have a kip 5000 that roll one will load but the roll backup where the paper is loose wrap first couple of inch and it just about one or two mm in the infeed tire. then when you try to print it kicks it out all the way . I have replace the brake, paper feed clutch, PH1A, PH2A. the gripper is holding the paper it not loose on the spindle, I have swap roll one and two Spindle and all. if I knew how to post a photo I would so you could see after it say's paper loaded you could see how it loose. I can't think of anything else to try. if you can go to the kip dealer forum I got a photo posted there.
