Is there a setting on the kip 3000 that I need to set to run this waterproof special paper? I am having wrinkles and jams in the fuser.
Regular paper runs fine. software version is 7.2 thx. I don't see a media change setting for the roll paper?

Found the issue, the paper is getting stuck under the fuser guide C, the one in the middle with a switch on it. It is shorter than all the other guides? I believe I read somewhere that this guide has been modified? Part # I have from Konica is 4637-10, anyone know if this is the modified part # before I order? Any help would be appreciated. thx.
