So I've only ever had 3000's in the field, but recently a customer upgraded to a 7170. Setup went smooth, just tryin to get used to the new K software. Is Request obsolete now? It's not listed on the CD under Drivers and Applications. Reason I'm wondering is because the only place I can find mailboxes is in the web interface (Printpro.net) I did some test scans to the Service mailbox and then pulled my hair out trying to find where the heck I could access it at. Finally found the Location tab in the web interface and found my test scan. Chose that Service mailbox and clicked Transfer Mailbox and assumed I'd get a prompt on where to transfer to, but it automatically zipped the mailbox and sent it to the Downloads folder on our network. Is there no way to choose where to transfer a mailbox to?

Yes, Request is no longer an option.

PrintPro replaces Request.

Latest versions of software can be found here: http://kip.com/download-apps.php

Good luck!
