I have just recently getting lines that looks like the paper folds tward the canter of the prints. The lead edge comes out ok then it gets almost folded but mostly just deletions tward the center of the prints and then like a tree branches out.

I had a skew that I fixed, by going back and releveling the machine, then, tweaking the color alignment, by way of the front right foot, got rid of it.
Is this an 80 or 7800?
I had to tighten the screws per the bulletin on another machine.

This is the C7800. I looked through the Tech Tip K125-048 Void Image Possible causes. I took out the lower transport unit and still had those voids and folding. I changed the voltages to the transfer rollers to see if there was any improvement but i had no luck. All of the guides are not bent of dirty or really anything wrong with them. It was like 85% humidity for a while and we put some dehumidifiers in and it improved but came back after doing a job. we have changed media and everything to make sure there is no inconsistency. Its length ways a little after the lead edge it starts.
