I finally figured out why one our machines would go into sleep mode after 15mins. I changed the battery, still did it, changed the DC Controller, still did it. When going thru the .ini file, I noticed it had sleep mode from 1800 to 0700 selected. Went to clock settings in Windows and the time was east coast time. So the machine thought it was 2am or so, and would go into power saver. Changed the time zone and time...problem solved. Always something else.
