Had to reformat hard drive for an issue with the kip not reading rolls. And now when customer tries to make a copy or scan the scanner will not take in the paper. Any ideas what would cause this. It worked fine before the reformat of the HD.

Did you try reseating the usb cable at the controller?

| Issue solved. Customer enabled start scan button. Switched to off and scanning/copying work again. |
