I am working on having software written for our Service Dept. Once the software is done it will be free for all to use. I would like to get some feed back from everyone on features they would like to see in the software. If you have software that you currently pay for we will assist in migrating the data base. There will be 3 parts to the software; Part 1 will be a script that you can add to your website to allow customers to place service calls from your webpage. Part 2 is the login for the service dispatcher to create, edit and manage service calls. Part 3 will be a phone app were techs can see open calls. You will be able to dispatch to and close calls from this app. The app will also allow you to see the service history on the equipment.
