I have an issue with the automatic meter read option on my unit the printer is functioning beautifully besides each month I receive the automatic meter via email but I don't get just one it sends several until machine is rebooted. Kip support is telling me to upgrade to 7.5 this should fix the issue but this will cost $700 for the billable upgrade Ghost DVD. Other than this meter issue all is well. Has anyone else come across a solution for this? Other upgrading the software or turning the option off.
