9900 Unattend v.7.4.817
Request 7.2.4 or Print 8.0.083
Over the past few months we've begun to have issues sending sets of drawing directly from a pdf file using either Request or Print, but only half size. Mostly they print correctly, but it seems that pdf files with imported images or logos in the title block get really disformed/messed up when printing half size only. Full size of the same file prints fine. Also if i convert them first to tiff they print fine (which makes sense because its flattening them first). We are still using Request because we still have two 8000's & a 9000 that we use as well. Any suggestions?
Thanks! |

Open up PrintNET and go to the Printer Config page, look for the Monochrome PDF+PS Processing. Change the Dither Modes until you find an acceptable setting. It usually ends up being Stochastic but try them all. |

I tried that, also tried checking the "no transparency" option, no luck |

I actually got this fixed today. I updated the conversion files in C:\Program Files\Common Files\IPS\EXE on the controller & that seemed to do the trick! |
