KIP 7100
First print out has smudge on right side/see pic. 2nd or 3rd do not. But if send another job......same thing happens.
Tried to ck. bias contacts/regrease them.drum ground and cleaner roller ground.
similar to the other Post!....

It looks like that may be the same issue some old 3000's had, it was caused by the cleaning roller being too far away from the drum. If you loosened the brackets that hold it down it there was enough play to move it close enough to the drum to stop this from happening.

As it turns out we replaced the developer roller for copy quality reasons and cleaned the excess toner from inside and then repressurised the rollers and the problem was gone.
