Problem started with no USB output, but scanner comes and looks ready. Replaced Scanner control and it works for a week. Machine display states "Scanner not found" , plug into my laptop and nothing. Replaced Scanner Control again, worked a week and now same issue. Any ideas??

| If it truly is blowing the scanner control boards you should call Kip for technical assistance for this problem, and try to get some warranty for the replacement boards. |

| This is a very unusual problem, the only thing I could think of is a pinched wire somewhere or something grounding out that is blowing the boards. Good luck tracking this problem down. |
