I have a 3620 that every so often doesn’t print the complete page.
About 2/3 of the print is ok then for about 4 inches everything shifts to the right about 4 mm. After that the rest of the print is blank.(not faded out, like the printer stopped printing)
This happens very randomly maybe once a day or every day or so.
I have replaced the T/S assy and all wires.
Reseated the KIP card in the external controller, replaced the IF cable from controller to printer, Check all fans in controller are working.
Next step is possible KIP card?
Any other ideas? |
