Kip 7000 with 2100 color scanner, has image defect (that looks like it skips part of the image) from scanner as well as 2 lines that run in direction of paper path. Sometimes you can power off the scanner and reset and everything is fine for a while then it comes back. I have reset connections on all scanner boards, changed out USB cable that goes to the printer. There are no problems printing, I just cannot copy or scan images. Any Ideas??
