| First time I have ever seen this. In order for the code to go away I put a new toner in lasts till it gets about half way then code comes back.Customer had gone through 4 bottles in 2 weeks. I have replaced knc board the one that controls seeing the bottle also the toner sensor and toner motor and main board. There is a new fw update for this but ask I see is that it changes the name of the code not fixing it. Anyone come across this? |
