I have a 3000 that has the newest e-prom, 6.2, and all.
It was running fine until we moved it for a demo.
Drawer 1 will try to print and nothing is on the paper. Internal test pages, scans, or plots come out of the back about 2.5 feet and the machine stops, and displays a J207 error. Roll 2 prints fine. Using 30 and 36 inch 20# bond.
Any suggestions??

Had problem like this because of a spindle that was loose. The core would slip halfway through a print and the machine would think it ran out of paper when it really didn't. Made the machine do really strange things. Check the spindle.

The spindle is OK.
Also, the page that comes out is blank . And roll 2 actually prints fine.

Ended up being the roll one encoder sensor.
Funny it would feed 4 feet of paper before it gave an error.....
