New machine installed and first time adding toner it started entire job that was printing over again.
Details: 65 page job sent to printer, with 6 sheets remaining it was out of toner. (Let me note that this was the first time to add toner since initial filling of dev. unit @ machine install) After putting in new toner cartridge, machine did not start back printing, after about 5 minutes I went into service mode and it said Drawer 2 open. I opened and closed #2, it them said Drawer 1 open. I did the same open and close #1. It then said to add toner, I opened and closed the top section and the machine went into warmup. After warm-up it started printing the entire 65 sheet job beginning with sheet 1. |

Did Unattend get shutdown for some reason?
Did you go into the touch screen service screens and modify anything? If you went to the service screens, then Unattend would have been restarted and the job would have restarted.
Unattend is 'unaware' of where it is during printing if it is shutdown or restarted. There is nothing to tell it that you left off on page 60 of a 65 page job.
My guess is that Unattend shutdown/restarted and this is the culprit. _________________ **************************************
