I got 2 of those machine in the field with more than 5 millions sqf and I never had this kind of problem.
Did you tried to change the manufacture of paper itself ? Already have problem with 3000 like you have and I change the paper and it fix the problem.
You maybe have a less pressure on one side in the fixing...You can also check the fuser entrance guide. |
