I have a job that i cant delete from the queue, i tried deleting it from the web browser and also from the touch screen on the kip printer.
It just doesn't delete it. I have also tried removing everything in the folder /monopath1/request.
Lots of restarting too.
I tried the purgetools4.2 but i guess its not compatible with my kip version. Don't know what else to try, any ideas ? I don't think i can try to ghost the kip, any tweak or any fix that you may know that i haven't tried ?

Shut down the UI
Close Unattend/Que View
Remove all files in the D: drive Monpath1/Request Folder
The turn Unattend/Que View back on
Restart the UI
FYI
If Unattended is open the job may not delete |

Including prequest, scandir, etc.
If you look at Unattend or PrintNET, perhaps there is a directory that Unattend is 'monitoring'.....this would be in Unattend, Config Paths....
Worst case.....do a backup with KIP back up tool and reghost...no big deal....

So sorry I must have missed the part where they said Unattend was shut down.
I also forgot to suggest trying the the Reset print que button in the configuration area.
But Reghost because a file is stuck in the print que? |
