I have what appears to be a couple of missing pixels in the scanner CCD strip on my Kip 2021. This shows up as a blank line about 1/8" wide, both when I print and when I just scan to file.
Hunting through the service manual does not give a test for this strip so I was wondering if such a test exists. the service manual simply says to replace the scanning strip when problems occur - not so easy nowadays! |
