I've got an 8000 that constantly gives a no toner message, yet when you go to change the toner the bottle is half full. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be doing this? I have another 8000 for parts that I know worked fine before we took it out of service. So I have no problem swapping stuff out. Just looking for a starting point. |

Check the toner sensors on the hopper and in the developer. |

Someone here had a clogged toner drop between the cartridge and the hopper, might want to check that also. _________________ Regards,
