I Have a print shop that is running about 21,000 sq feet every week. the are getting fade marks that are sometime creases. always in the middle of the trail edge. the are only about 18in long and 24 in wide paper. 20lb bond. it only seems to happen on rolls that are half gone in the drawer. brand new rolls never seem to have the problem. i noticed magenta and yellow in the faded area, and figured it was the charge for both? i stopped it mid process and the fade does seem to come after the transfer roller and before the fuser. But that would not explaing the paper roll??? any ideas??
