I have a customer that monitors the meter on every cartridge of toner that they install. The machine is down to approximately 2000 - 2300 linear feet per toner. Standard cadd drawings, no pictures or large fills. This is down from about 4000 - 4500 a couple months ago. I did a complete dev. unit change as part of PM maintenance and it didn't help. It has just under 300,000 sqaures on it. They want blacks to be black, so backing off the density doesn't work for them. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
