| When I power on my Kip 700 the screen doesn't always come on. I hear it boot up normal, I hear the fan kick on, and then when the screen normally comes on, there is nothing. Nothing happens when I try touching the screen. If I unplug the machine for 2 minutes and then turn it on again it sometimes works fine. Any ideas on why this happens and how to fix it? |

| wait a full 3:00 minutes after powering OFF the printer before powering ON again this is necessary to ensure the IPS system powers OFF completely and then powers ON properly also check when machine turn ON if the BLUE light on IPS is flashing (next step is another IPS unit )...hope still under warranty |

| I'm not a tech, so sorry if this is a dumb question - but what is the IPS? I don't see any lights flashing when it's on. Let me know what the IPS is and where I find it and I'll check closer. Then I may start researching the cost for a new one. Bought the machine in 2010 so I'm sure it's not under warranty anymore. Thanks. |

No warranty
behind machine on right side you will see inside cover a little bright light and next to it is another blue when you turn machine ON this will start blinking after the white light is turned on
expensive for a new IPS...oh by the way is called Image Processing System and is the computer inside machine |
