I have a 700 that if he send several print it will start half though the print stop printing and where ever the last dot was it will keep printing that down the page. it almost look like if you was running something though the scanner and it item stops but the scanner keeps scanning.

the latest from Kip also today I went there and got samples also found out from customer once it dose this you have to shut down machine to do anything even the touch screen locks up

Agreed, this sure sounds like a controller (IPS) issue. If the touch screen is locking up, then the controller is probably hard-locked and is the cause of this issue.
I would first, open the controller up and make sure that the cards, memory and cables are all seated properly.
Also make sure that the CPU fan is spinning properly and that it isn't overheating. |
