Has anyone had the problem of the Kip intermittently printing inverted prints (all black with while writing)? This has only happened a couple of times but when it does it is sucking up all the toner and crunching up part of the print at the top which is white with black writing. I think it is a software glitch. Plans look normal in view yet some come out black and white and others remain white and black. |

Hi Sheila and welcome to the forums. You have posted this in the wrong area. This is the OCE Software Discussion Area. I would suggest you post this under the appropriate model of which KIP printer you are experiencing this issue with and you will likely get more responses sooner. Some things to include in your post would be what file format are you printing? PDF etc. What method to print are you using, printing via the windows driver, or printing via KIP Request, PrintNet etc. What version software is on the KIP, what version print driver and or Request. |
